RESOURCES FOR EDUCATORS

The Experience Oregon History curriculum provides K–12 units focused on Oregon history that emphasize primary source analysis and are aligned with state standards. Developed with inspiration from the Oregon Historical Society's flagship exhibition, Experience Oregon, this extensive curriculum is available for all classes, regardless of museum visits.

To support students across various grade levels, the curriculum encourages exploration of how to foster inclusive neighborhoods and communities, learn about Native tribes in Oregon, and investigate the inclusive and exclusive events and laws throughout Oregon's history.
