Derux Return, Replacement, and Appeal Policy
Preamble: The following policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy," governs the terms under which customers (the "Purchaser") may return, replace, or appeal regarding products purchased from Derux (the "Seller"). This Policy is legally binding and subject to modification at the Seller’s discretion without prior notice. By engaging in any transaction with the Seller, the Purchaser agrees to abide by the conditions outlined hereafter.
Return and Replacement Eligibility:
Return Policy: 1.1. The Purchaser shall have the right to request a return of the purchased product solely under the following circumstances: - The product has incurred physical damage during the shipping process. - The product materializes as different from the description provided on the Seller’s website or in product images. 1.2. Return requests are permissible only if submitted to the Seller within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be entertained post this time frame, irrespective of any claims. 1.3. To initiate the return, the Purchaser must provide photographic or video evidence demonstrating the nature of the damage or discrepancy between the delivered product and the description provided at the time of purchase.
Replacement Policy: 2.1. In the event of an eligible return, the Purchaser may also opt for a replacement rather than a refund. This option is exclusively available if the product: - Exhibits damage due to an error on the part of the Seller during processing or shipping. - Has an altered color or variation in appearance from that which was advertised or requested by the Purchaser. 2.2. All replacement claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the product’s delivery. 2.3. All shipping and handling costs related to the return and replacement process shall be borne solely by the Purchaser, unless otherwise specified by the Seller under particular circumstances.
Process for Return and Replacement:
Submission of Appeal: 1.1. The Purchaser is required to submit their return or replacement appeal via WhatsApp at +923126865127. The appeal must include: - Photographic evidence and/or video recordings that substantiate the nature of the issue (damage, incorrect product, or color discrepancy). - A clear description of the defect or discrepancy. - Order number and date of delivery. 1.2. In cases where the Purchaser’s appeal is deemed invalid or inconclusive, the Seller reserves the right to deny the return or replacement request, at their sole discretion.
Approval of Return or Replacement: 2.1. Upon receipt of the appeal, the Seller will evaluate the submitted evidence. The Purchaser will be notified within a reasonable timeframe of whether the return or replacement request has been accepted. 2.2. If the request is approved, the Purchaser will be provided with the necessary instructions to return the product. It is incumbent upon the Purchaser to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Shipping and Charges: 3.1. The Purchaser shall bear all costs associated with the return, shipping, and replacement process unless the defect or damage was attributable to the Seller. This includes but is not limited to, any shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes levied on the returned goods. 3.2. In cases of special requests (e.g., product color changes or customizations requested by the Purchaser), the Purchaser shall bear all expenses arising from both shipping and the subsequent replacement process.
Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund: 1.1. The Purchaser may request a refund if the product is deemed to be irreparable or if the replacement is not available. The refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the original item. 1.2. Refunds will be processed to the Purchaser’s original payment method. The Seller is not liable for any delays in the processing of the refund caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
Exclusions:
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Products that exhibit signs of alteration or misuse by the Purchaser.
Products purchased beyond the seven (7) calendar days period from the date of delivery.
Open or used accessories (e.g., silicone protective cases, earbud tips, etc.) unless faulty upon delivery.
Product Transfer Timeline:
Once the returned product has been confirmed and inspected by the Seller, the replacement product or equivalent will be transferred to the Purchaser within seven (7) business days.
Miscellaneous Provisions:
Amendments: The Seller reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at any time, and such amendments will become effective immediately upon their publication on the Seller’s website.
Final Decision: The decision of the Seller with regard to the validity of any return, replacement, or refund claim shall be final and binding upon all parties.
