MEET OUR PROVIDERS
Dr. Parra is originally from Lilburn, Georgia. She attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate and medical school. Dr. Parra completed her dermatology residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. She served ten years active duty in the United States Air Force as a Flight Physician, during which time she met her husband, Matt. She has been practicing in the dermatology field for 19 years. In her free time, Dr. Parra enjoys running, hiking, listening to audiobooks and cheering for her two children from the sidelines of whatever youth sport is in season.
Dr. Parra is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Latham grew up in a military family, but graduated high school in Cayce, SC. He attended Clemson University, graduating in 1984 and went on to medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. In 1989, he completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He went back to the Medical University of South Carolina to complete his residency and stayed on as Chief Resident for an additional year. Dr. Latham opened Dermatology and Skin Surgery in 1996 and has been serving the Sumter community ever since.
Dr. Latham is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Mr. Reynolds was born in Manning, SC and raised in Sumter, SC. He graduated from Sumter High School in 1986 and from the USC School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) in 1991. He later graduated from the MUSC School of Pharmacy (PharmD, 1993) before completing a residency with the Indian Health Service in Salem, OR and working in Ketchikan, AK. He moved back to Charleston, SC in 1995 where he worked on staff with the College of Pharmacy. In 2000, he went back to school and graduated from MUSC with a BS in Physician Assisting. Mr. Reynolds has been working as a Physician Assistant in dermatology since 2002. He and his wife Mechelle have four children.
Mr. Reynolds is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

All insurance deductibles and copays will be collected at your appointment. If you have a non-participating insurance plan or are receiving a treatment not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for the total payment at the time of service.
