Blue-collar Kansan Mike Alvardo attempts to save his family from the throes of poverty by investing their savings into speculative cryptocurrencies. 

This is a gross-out crypto-comedy with heart.  It'll make you sweat and hide a bit, but it's worth it.  Shot around Chicago with a largely Chicago cast and crew, $POSITIONS makes its "ultra low budget" feel like a million (crypto) bucks. Hang out for a conversation between two Chicago-based indie filmmakers as they talk about everything from achieving your dreams, to local casting and producing, budgets & paperwork, distribution, despair and hope.
