## 1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、Android アプリ「Departly」（日本語表記「ゼロワスレ」、パッケージ名 `com.taro.dekakecheck`、以下「本アプリ」）が、どのような情報を扱うかを説明するものです。本アプリは個人開発者（frogbase.dev@gmail.com、以下「開発者」）が提供しています。
本アプリは、出発予定と持ち物チェックリストを管理するための ADHD 向けツールで、サーバーを持たず、記録したデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。
## 2. 収集する情報
**端末内にのみ保存されるデータ(ローカル保存)**
予定名・出発時刻・繰り返し設定・チェックリストの項目・テンプレートは、端末内の Room データベースにのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者へ送信されることはなく、アプリをアンインストールすると同時に削除されます。
本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、氏名や連絡先などの個人情報を開発者が直接収集することはありません。
## 3. 第三者サービス
**Google AdMob(広告)**
広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。広告 ID など、広告の表示・効果測定に必要な情報が Google によって収集される場合があります。詳細は [Google 広告ポリシー](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) および [Google プライバシーポリシー](https://policies.google.com/privacy) をご確認ください。プレミアム版を購入すると、広告表示自体が停止します。
**Google Play 課金(Billing・購入処理)**
アプリ内課金(買い切りのプレミアム機能解除)は Google Play の課金システムを通じて処理され、支払い情報は Google が管理します。開発者が決済情報を保持することはありません。
## 4. アプリが使用する権限
- **通知** — 出発前のリマインダーを表示するために使用します。
- **正確なアラーム** — 指定した時刻どおりに通知するために使用します。
- **端末起動時の受信(BOOT_COMPLETED)** — 端末の再起動後もリマインダーとウィジェットを復元するために使用します。
いずれの権限も本アプリの通知・ウィジェット機能を動作させる目的のみに使用され、情報収集を目的としたものではありません。
## 5. データの共有
開発者が取得する個人データはなく、第三者への販売・共有も行いません。上記の Google AdMob および Google Play 課金を通じて、Google が独自に収集する情報についてはそれぞれのポリシーが適用されます。
## 6. データの保持と削除(データ削除のリクエスト方法)
Departly(ゼロワスレ)は、予定・チェックリスト・テンプレートなどのすべてのデータを、開発者のサーバーではなく、お使いの端末内にのみ保存します。データの削除は以下の方法でいつでもご自身で行えます。
- **個別に削除する場合**: アプリ内の各予定・チェックリスト項目・テンプレートの画面から、それぞれ削除操作を行ってください。
- **すべてのデータを削除する場合**: 本アプリをアンインストールしてください。保存されていたすべてのデータ(予定・チェックリスト・テンプレート)が端末から完全かつ即座に削除されます。
開発者側のサーバーにはデータのコピーが一切存在しないため、上記の操作以外に削除をリクエストする窓口はありません。保持期間についても、ユーザーが削除するかアンインストールするまで端末内に存在する、という以外の固定期間はありません。ご不明点があれば frogbase.dev@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
## 7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。

法令の改正や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定した場合は、このページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新のうえ掲載します。

## 1. Introduction
This policy explains how the Android app **Departly** (shown as "ゼロワスレ" in Japanese; package name `com.taro.dekakecheck`, "the App") handles information. The App is published by an independent developer (frogbase.dev@gmail.com, "the Developer").
Departly is an ADHD-friendly tool for tracking departure schedules and pre-departure checklists. It has no backend server — everything you enter is stored only on your device.
## 2. Information We Collect
**Data kept only on your device (local storage)**
Schedule names, departure times, recurrence settings, checklist items, and templates are stored solely in a local Room database on your device. This data is never transmitted to the Developer or any third party, and is deleted the moment you uninstall the App.
The App does not require an account or sign-in, and the Developer does not directly collect any personal information such as your name or contact details.
## 3. Third-Party Services
**Google AdMob (Advertising)**
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect information such as the advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's [Ads Policy](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) and [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details. Purchasing the premium upgrade removes ads entirely.
**Google Play Billing (Purchases)**
The one-time premium purchase is processed through Google Play's billing system. Payment details are handled and stored by Google — the Developer never receives or stores your payment information.
## 4. Permissions Used
- **Notifications** — to show pre-departure reminders.
- **Exact alarms** — to deliver reminders at the exact time you set.
- **Receive at boot (BOOT_COMPLETED)** — to restore reminders and widgets after your device restarts.
These permissions exist solely to run the App's notification and widget features — not to collect data.
## 5. Data Sharing
The Developer collects no personal data and sells or shares none with third parties. Any data Google collects independently through AdMob or Play Billing, as described above, is governed by Google's own policies.
## 6. Data Retention & Deletion (How to Request Deletion)
Departly stores all your data — schedules, checklist items, and templates — only on your own device, never on a server operated by the Developer. You can delete this data yourself at any time:
- **To delete individual items**: use the delete action on the relevant schedule, checklist item, or template screen inside the App.
- **To delete everything at once**: uninstall the App. This immediately and completely removes every schedule, checklist, and template stored on your device.
Because no copy of your data ever exists on a server, there is no separate request process beyond the steps above, and no fixed retention period — your data simply stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Questions can be sent to frogbase.dev@gmail.com.
## 7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## 8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements or new features. Any change will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date above.
