Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 24 hour to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer has the right to replace the item with the same value as the invoice

Note:

The policy of replacement and return to these tools is not applicable:

1- CASTS

2- Burs and stones high or low speed

3- anesthesia

Refunds

Method:

1 - contact customer service and tell the reason for the replacement or return and determine the tool and then will determine customer service appointment with the client

2 - will meet one of our delegates (from the Department of Public Relations) and make sure the authenticity of the tool and the reason for return or replacement

3 - Delivery of the original invoice and reviewed by the delegate

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 48 hours ( during working hours ) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays( Friday ).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We accept orders within 3 days of the week and we guarantee that the delivery will be within 48 hours

The days are: Sunday - Wednesday - Friday

During the working hours (9 am - 7 pm)

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dental Corner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
