Deniz Aktan is an international trade, investment, and business development executive with extensive experience in global commerce, trade finance, corporate structuring, strategic sourcing, supply-chain management, and cross-border commercial operations. Over the course of his career, he has played a leading role in commercial, industrial, and investment projects spanning Türkiye, Ukraine, Hungary, Lithuania, the Baltic region, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and numerous Central and Eastern European markets, supporting companies in market entry, regional expansion, business development, and international growth initiatives.

Holding an academic background in Computer Engineering, he combined technical expertise with international business leadership, contributing to the establishment of regional business structures, market expansion strategies, and international trade networks across multiple industries. A substantial part of his professional journey has been dedicated to international trade, investment development, corporate growth, and cross-border business projects throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and emerging Eurasian markets.

His professional career began in information technology and systems engineering before expanding into international business development activities across regional markets. During this period, he gained extensive exposure to trade networks, commercial partnerships, and international business operations while participating in projects based in Moscow and other major business centers. These experiences provided a strong foundation in regional operations management, distributor network development, investment assessment, commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing, and international trade.

A significant milestone in his career was the leadership of nationwide commercial and corporate development projects in Ukraine, where he oversaw the establishment of sales, distribution, and service organizations operating throughout the country. The resulting commercial infrastructure enabled long-term partnerships with numerous national and international companies and contributed to the sale of more than 70,000 commercial refrigeration units, generating sales exceeding EUR 30 million.
