Currently, Demolition Derby 3 is still in development. Some minor bugs have been fixed in the latest release, new features allowing users to tweak the console, many new race tracks and models added. Hopefully, future additions will make the game more interesting.

Gameplay

Demolition Derby 3 is a game for people who love speed. The tracks in the game are quite short, so speed is an important factor if you want to win.

The system allows you to customize the details of the race such as the number of opponents, the number of laps, maps, … In which the opponents are limited to 3 to 9 people. They are all AI of the game. The number of laps is limited from 1 to 10. Each race corresponds to a distance of 0.5km. The higher the parameters above, the bigger the bonus.

In terms of controls, Demolition Derby 3 supports three methods. You can use the steering wheel, virtual key (Left and Right), or tilt the device. In the recently updated version, the developer has added the console customization feature. You can adjust the position and size of the function keys displayed on the screen.

Join fierce races like battlefields

Demolition Derby 3 is not a game designed for everyone. You cannot set the difficulty while the game’s AI shows them as experienced players. They speed up, always try to outdo you, and make very few mistakes. Due to the above reason, the game is quite competitive, although it is only in offline mode.

To reduce competition, you can reduce the number of competitors to less. While this may result in less bonuses, you can get more achievement points to unlock new content such as Tournament Season 2, Tournament Season 3, … The bonuses in these content are many. more, however, your opponents are not also racers that you can easily overcome.

Many modes to choose from

The main mode of the game is Tournament. You must join to unlock new content such as maps, cars… Besides, you can also play modes such as Quick Derby, Quick Race , Multiplayer, or Host Game. In it, the most notable is the Quick Derby mode. All players join the track as warriors, destroying their opponent’s car to become the only winner.

Multiplayer mode is also loved by many players. You can create rooms, join a friend’s room with a specific ID, or join a random room. The match will start after 60 seconds waiting for other players.

Diverse car collection

Of the racing games I’ve played, Demolition Derby 3 probably has the most diverse car collection. There are over 70 playable cars in total. You can search for cars by categories like Sub Compact, Compact, Coupe, Heavy, Sport, Racing, and Special. In particular, the Special category has more special design cars. The Stallon, for example, has a huge appearance and is practically a Container Tractor. It is very strong, has a heavyweight, durable. The School Bus has similar features.

In general, each vehicle has the same parameters as the aforementioned container and also a speed index. Typically, vehicles with heavy weight are slower. Depending on the game mode you choose the right car.
