Delta Electrical ("Delta Electrical", "we", "our" or "us") provides the Delta Electrical mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
The App lets you prepare a project enquiry using your name, phone number, project address or a location selected on a map, and an optional message. This information stays on your device until you choose to continue. The App then opens your selected email application with the enquiry details prepared for you. You review and send the message using that external application.
You can also choose to contact Delta Electrical through your phone, email or WhatsApp application. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. Delta Electrical receives only the information that you voluntarily send through the service you select.
The App does not create user accounts and does not run a Delta Electrical server that automatically collects enquiry-form data.
The App stores your chosen language and a temporary cached copy of publicly available solar pricing on your device. This information is used only to provide app functionality and can be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
The App uses an internet connection to retrieve public solar pricing published through Google Sheets; display map content from OpenStreetMap using Leaflet and supporting web resources delivered by unpkg; and open external phone, email, map or WhatsApp services when you request them.
These providers may receive standard technical information required to deliver online content, such as your IP address, device/browser information, requested resource and time of access. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms.
The App does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs and does not sell personal information.
Information voluntarily sent to Delta Electrical is used to respond to your request, assess a potential solar or electrical project, arrange a site survey or consultation, and maintain necessary business communications and records. We do not use enquiry information for third-party advertising.
Information that you do not send remains on your device. Enquiries received by Delta Electrical may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information held by Delta Electrical by emailing deltaelectrical.pss@gmail.com. We will verify and process reasonable requests subject to applicable legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we receive. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of third-party email or messaging services chosen by you.
The App is a business and utility service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
