Calisa Grup ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Delivin, Delivin Partner, and Delivin Driver mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Apps.
By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our service to you.
While using our Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Profile picture
Our Apps require access to your location data to function properly:
Delivin (Customer): We use location data to find nearby restaurants, determine accurate delivery addresses, and calculate shipping costs.
Delivin Partner (Merchant): We use location data to accurately pin the physical location of your store/restaurant so customers and drivers can find you.
Delivin Driver: We collect background location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This is strictly required to enable order dispatching to nearby drivers and to provide customers with real-time tracking of their food delivery. Location data is never used for advertising purposes.
We may collect information that your mobile device sends when you use our Apps, such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device model, OS version, and app diagnostic data (crash logs) to improve app stability.
We use the collected data for various purposes:
To provide and maintain our services.
To notify you about changes to our Apps or order status.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Apps (e.g., in-app chat between customer and driver).
To provide customer support.
To monitor the usage of our Apps.
To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:
Between Users: Necessary information (e.g., customer name, delivery address, driver location, restaurant address) is shared between the Customer, Partner, and Driver solely to facilitate the food delivery process.
Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies (such as cloud hosting and mapping services like Google Maps) to facilitate our Apps. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law.
The security of your data is important to us. All data transmitted between the Apps and our servers is encrypted. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the App settings (Profile > Delete Account), or you can contact us to request manual data deletion. Once an account is deleted, all personal information is permanently removed from our active database.
Our Apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
