Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription (If Applicable)

If you're currently subscribed to a paid plan, follow these steps to cancel it:

1. Log in to your eHarmony account via a web browser.

2. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner and select “Data & Settings.”

3. Scroll down to the “Amend subscription” section.

4. Click “Cancel My Subscription” and follow the prompts.
   
   

⚠️ You must cancel the subscription first—eHarmony does not allow profile deletion while a premium membership is active.

Step 2: Delete Your eHarmony Profile

Once your subscription is canceled or if you’re on a free plan, you can proceed with deleting your profile:

1. Go to your Data & Settings page.

2. Scroll down to the “Profile Status” section.

3. Click on “Delete Profile.”

4. Confirm the deletion by entering your login credentials if prompted.

5. Complete the short survey (optional) and finalize the deletion.

You’ll receive a confirmation that your profile has been permanently deleted.
