Welcome to مدير الحسابات (Dinar App) ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.
We believe that your financial data belongs to you. regarding your personal inputs:
Local Storage: All financial data you input (including customer names, phone numbers, debt records, and transaction notes) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database (Hive).
No Access to Financial Data: We (the developers) generally do not have access to your specific financial records, customer lists, or debt amounts. These remain strictly on your device unless you manually share them (e.g., via PDF export).
While we do not collect your financial records, we use third-party services to improve the app's stability and provide supported features.
A. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics We use Google Firebase to collect anonymized data regarding app usage and stability. This includes:
Crash Reports: If the app crashes, we receive a log to help us fix the bug (via Firebase Crashlytics).
Usage Statistics: We track aggregate metrics (e.g., number of daily active users, screens visited, buttons clicked) to understand how the app is used and improve the user experience.
B. Google AdMob We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the app.
AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized ads that are relevant to your interests.
You may be asked to grant permission for "Tracking" on iOS (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads will still appear but may be less relevant to you.
To provide specific features, the app may request access to certain permissions on your device:
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): Requested to allow advertising partners (Google AdMob) to show personalized ads.
Photo Library / Files: Required to save generated PDF reports (Account Statements) to your device so you can share them with clients. Also used for backing up and restoring data.
Notifications: Used to remind you of debts, tasks, or subscription statuses locally.
Phone/WhatsApp: The app uses URL schemes to open your phone's dialer or WhatsApp to contact customers. We do not read your contact list or store your call logs.
Our app offers premium features (Ad-Free experience, Cloud features, etc.) via auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.
Transaction History: We only receive a confirmation from Apple regarding whether a subscription is active.
Since your financial data is stored locally:
Manual Backups: It is your responsibility to create backups using the in-app "Backup" feature.
Data Safety: You are responsible for keeping these backup files safe or uploading them to your personal cloud storage (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive). We cannot recover lost data if you delete the app without a backup.
You have full control over your data.
Reset Data: You can delete all your financial data permanently at any time by selecting "Delete All Data" in the app settings. This action is irreversible.
Advertising ID: You can reset your advertising identifier or opt-out of personalized ads through your device's system settings (under Privacy > Tracking on iOS).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our features (e.g., adding new analytics tools). We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
