DeepHealth Subscription Agreement
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Hong Kong Jiuying Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and you (the "User" or "you") and governs your purchase and use of subscription services (the "Subscription Services") through the DeepHealth application (the "App"). By purchasing or using our Subscription Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not purchase or use the Subscription Services.
This Agreement is supplemental to the DeepHealth Terms of Service, the terms of which (available at [link to Terms of Service]) apply to all matters not explicitly covered herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
1. Description of Subscription Services
The DeepHealth App offers premium Subscription Services designed to unlock enhanced features and personalized experiences. Subscription Services may include, but are not limited to:
•Advanced AI Analysis: Access to deeper, more comprehensive AI-driven health insights, trend reports, and personalized recommendations.
•Ad-Free Experience: Removal of all in-App advertisements.
•Full Data History: Unlimited access to all your historical health data and analysis reports.
•Exclusive Features: Access to specific premium features available only to subscribers.
The specific content, pricing, and duration of the Subscription Services will be detailed on the subscription page within the App.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Subscription Price: The price for Subscription Services will be displayed on the subscription page within the App and may vary based on region and promotional activities. All prices are denominated in local currency and include applicable taxes.
2.2 Payment Method: All subscription purchases are processed through your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You agree to abide by the payment terms and conditions of the respective app store.
2.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the prices for Subscription Services at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before the start of a new subscription period. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period.
3. Auto-Renewal
3.1 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You authorize the app store to automatically charge you based on your chosen subscription period (e.g., monthly, annually).
3.2 Canceling Auto-Renewal: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store account settings. Please note that deleting the DeepHealth App or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must do so through the app store.
4. Free Trial
4.1 Free Trial: We may offer free trial Subscription Services from time to time. The duration of the free trial will be clearly stated within the App.
4.2 Conversion to Paid Subscription: If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and auto-renew at the price and period displayed on the App's subscription page. You will receive relevant notifications before the end of the trial period.
4.3 Trial Limitations: Each user is typically eligible for only one free trial. We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to enjoy the Subscription Services until the end of the current period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
5.2 Refunds: All subscription purchases are processed through the app store, and refund policies are determined by the respective app store. Generally, we do not directly process refunds. If you need to request a refund, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store customer support directly. We may, in limited circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, provide refunds, for example, in cases where technical failures prevent the service from being used.
6. Medical Disclaimer and AI Analysis Disclaimer
Please note that nothing in this Subscription Agreement alters the provisions regarding the medical disclaimer and AI analysis feature disclaimer in the DeepHealth App Terms of Service. All information and features provided by the DeepHealth App and its Subscription Services, including advanced AI analysis, do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will become effective upon our posting of the revised Agreement. Your continued use of the Subscription Services after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
