I am passionate about NLP and I am pursuing PhD in Computer Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I am advised by Prof. Christopher Homan. My research interests include applications of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning.

Previously, I worked as a Machine Learning Engineer with Consumer Edge and as a Senior Research Scientist with Holler Technologies, Inc. in the areas of NLP and conversational AI.

I earned a Master's in CS from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Rochester. I worked as a research assistant to Dr. Ann Marie White in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center in the area of computational social science.

Earlier, I held a full-time position as a research and development engineer with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in TCS Research, Tata Research Development and Design Centre (TRDDC) from 2014 - 2017. In TRDDC, I worked with Girish Palshikar and Manoj Apte on research problems in NLP, human resources, and social media. Prior to this, I received a B.E. in Information Technology from the Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, India in 2014.
