We aim at the application of precision medicine through an understanding of data, models, and humans for urologic disease.

Our goal :

  • Analyzing genome to phenome data using frequentist and bayesian methods with bioinformatics (BI).

  • In vitro & in vivo translational research (TR) to proving the data-derived insight.

  • Developing eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) model and Causality inference (CI) for resolving the black-box problem.

  • Application of Machine learning operation (ML ops) for clinical prediction model lifecycle.
