Thank you for choosing DeckVolt ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
DeckVolt is an offline-first application. We do NOT require you to create an account, and we do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal flashcard data, study habits, or notes to any external servers. All user-generated content (including flashcard decks and study statistics) is stored locally on your device using a local SQLite database.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
DeckVolt uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information (such as your device's advertising ID and IP address) to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

3. App Permissions
DeckVolt requests the following device permissions:
- Internet access: Used solely to load advertisements via Google AdMob.
- Notifications: Used to deliver daily study reminder notifications at a time you choose. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
- Exact alarms: Used to schedule study reminders at precise times, including after device restarts.
- Storage access: Used only when you choose to import or export flashcard decks as JSON files. DeckVolt does not access any other files on your device.
4. Data Security
Your study data never leaves your device. We do not have access to your data, and we cannot view, sell, or share it with third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
DeckVolt is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
