Summary. Deckonomy has no accounts and no game servers of our own. Your game progress is stored on your own device. We use Google services to distribute the game, process optional in-app purchases and show ads. Those services may collect certain data as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
Deckonomy: Card Game Roguelike (“the Game”) is developed and published by AetherCore Studios (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact aethercorestudios@gmail.com.
The Game saves the following locally, inside the app's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us:
Game progress: coins, cards, collection history, Market Run state, statistics.
Achievements and their progress, equipped cosmetics, settings (for example sound on or off).
A local cache of the cosmetic items you purchased, so they work offline.
You can delete this data at any time with Settings → Reset progress, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the Game. Purchases stay linked to your Google account and can be restored.
The Game is built with the open-source Godot Engine, which does not collect personal data by itself. The Game uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Your Google account and purchase details are handled by Google. We receive only a purchase confirmation (product id, order and purchase token) to unlock the item. We never see or store your payment card details.

Showing ads, such as optional rewarded ads, measuring them and preventing fraud.
Advertising ID, IP address (also used to estimate an approximate location), device and OS information, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information about ads.
Google Play Games Services (if you sign in)
Achievements synced to your Play Games profile.
Your Play Games player id and achievement progress, handled by Google.

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland). Before personalized ads are shown, the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent message. You can change your choice later from the Game's settings, where available.
US state privacy laws. Where required, ads are limited according to your choices. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (on some devices: Google → Ads).
Ads are optional where they give a reward. The Game does not require you to watch ads to progress.
All purchases are optional, cosmetic only, and processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Local game data stays on your device until you reset it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google services is retained according to Google's policies. Since we hold no account data, most requests can be fulfilled by the steps in section 2. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Connections to Google services are encrypted in transit. Google may process data in countries other than yours, under its own safeguards.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK, Law No. 6698), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at aethercorestudios@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy, for example when features are added. The “Last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the Game or on its store page.

Oyun ilerlemesi (paralar, kartlar, koleksiyon, Market Run durumu, istatistikler), başarımlar, kuşanılan kozmetikler, ayarlar ve satın alınan kozmetiklerin yerel kaydı, uygulamanın cihazdaki özel depolama alanında tutulur ve bize gönderilmez. Bu verileri Ayarlar → Reset progress ile, Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya oyunu kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. Satın almalar Google hesabınıza bağlı kalır ve geri yüklenebilir.

Oyun, kendi başına kişisel veri toplamayan açık kaynaklı Godot Engine ile geliştirilmiştir.
AEA, İngiltere ve İsviçre'de kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan önce onayınız istenir. Reklam kimliğinizi Android Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir, silebilir veya kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsiniz. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır; oyunda ilerlemek için reklam izlemek zorunlu değildir.
Oyun 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
