1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using DebtFlow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
DebtFlow is a personal debt manager and IOU ledger app that helps you track money owed to you and money you owe others. The app offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier ("DebtFlow Pro").
3. Free and Pro Tiers
The free tier includes limited functionality as described in the app. DebtFlow Pro unlocks all features and is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Subscription prices may change with notice.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We have no control over refund decisions.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no expiry. It does not include future features outside of what "Pro" covers at the time of purchase.
5. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the app to recover your Pro access. You must use the same App Store or Google Play account you originally purchased with.
6. Your Data
All data you enter into DebtFlow (names, amounts, notes, contacts) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal financial data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the records you create in the app.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Use the app to harass, threaten, or defraud any person
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
DebtFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss. The app is a personal record-keeping tool — it is not a legal document, and records created in the app are not legally binding instruments.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkingbiz Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DebtFlow, including loss of data or financial loss.
10. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify the app's features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably possible.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
