Debarati Das

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to this I was a postdoctoral researcher at Basic Algorithms Research Copenhagen (BARC) hosted by Prof. Mikkel Thorup. I completed my PhD from the Computer Science Institute of Charles University in Prague under the kind supervision of Prof. Michal Koucký. 

My research interest lies in theoretical computer science, especially in data structures, fine grained complexity and approximation algorithms, string algorithms, graph algorithms, lower bounds, and clustering algorithms.
