Death Metal VR does not collect, store, transmit, or process personal information or user data.
The Game does not:

Collect or store Meta User IDs.
Use in-app purchases or collect transaction or payment information.
Collect analytics, advertising, or tracking data.
Collect gameplay data or usage statistics.
Collect location information.
Collect device identifiers.
Collect biometric, voice, microphone, camera, or sensor data for storage or external processing.
Use the Meta Platform API to access user information.
The Game is designed to operate without collecting personal data from users.
Death Metal VR is distributed through the Meta Quest platform. Meta may independently collect or process information when you use a Meta Quest device, Meta account, or Meta services.
Any information collected directly by Meta is governed by Meta's own privacy policies and terms. SpaceRex Games LLC does not control Meta's independent data collection or processing.
Death Metal VR does not use the Meta Platform API to obtain or process information associated with your Meta account.
Because Death Metal VR does not collect personal information or user data, SpaceRex Games LLC does not use user data for advertising, analytics, profiling, marketing, tracking, or other purposes.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with third parties.
Because Death Metal VR does not collect or store personal information or user data, there is no Game-related personal data retained by SpaceRex Games LLC.
All users may request information regarding their data or request deletion of any personal information that may have been provided directly to SpaceRex Games LLC, regardless of geographic location.
Because Death Metal VR does not collect or store user data through the Game, there ordinarily will be no Game-related personal data for us to delete.

Death Metal VR does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
Use of Meta Quest devices, accounts, and services remains subject to Meta's applicable age, account, parental supervision, and privacy requirements.
Death Metal VR does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or data-collection services that collect personal information on behalf of SpaceRex Games LLC.
The Meta Quest platform itself is operated independently by Meta and is subject to Meta's own privacy practices.
