Terms Of Service 

✦GENERAL TERMS

• I have the right to decline your commission

• Commissioned art will be shared to my socials unless stated by the client.

• WIPs of the commission will be sent at the beginning of each stage.

• Unwatermarked versions of the artwork are sent after completion.

• Layered files and PSDs will not be included, unless stated by the client.

• Commissioner can not claim the artwork or use it as NFT

• Please also do tell me what canvas size you want your drawing to be in!

✦PAYMENT

• Payment must be in USD or LKR

• Payment must be through Paypal, HNB or Western Union only 

• Once I complete sketch of the commission, the client will have to pay 50% of the price, then when I finish the rest, the client will have to pay the rest of the 50% 

• If you need your commission on PRIORITY, A rush fee will be added +5%

✦REFUNDS

• I can refund 100% of the payment if I haven’t started working on it

• Refunds are NOT possible after sketch approval. 

I will draw: 

• Original Characters

• Fanart

• Gore

• Slight NSFW is ok ( No real people) 

(Will be discussed) 

I will not draw:

• Mecha/Armor 

• Complex background ( I’ll let you know the limit) 

• Politics/Religion

• Weird Fetishes' (ect: scat)  

• Zoophilia/Pedo/proshipping 

✦ COMMERCIAL USAGE 

• Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc), please give FULL CREDIT TO ME and DON’T STEAL, OR USE WITHOUT CREDITS

✦ WORKSPEED

• Takes 1 week - 3 month, depends on the amount of commissions

• If commission needs to be finished by a certain date (for example; a birthday present for someone) you must inform me beforehand (It should also be a month or a couple of weeks before the date! )
