On Monday, April 24, 2023, an anonymous fan from the inner workings of the AM Wave testified that their newsletter is fake. According to this fan, the film crew does not create the newsletter. In fact, it is the office who gives them the article that they must read. Furthermore, many of the episodes are not produced by the film crew, but hired editors to make the videos look incredible.
