I am a postdoc at New Mexico State University under the supervision of Keegan Boyle.
In May 2025, I earned a PhD from Michigan State University, where my advisors were Matthew Stoffregen and Efstratia Kalfagianni. You can view my thesis here. I am interested in low-dimensional topology and categorification, with an emphasis on Khovanov homology and Floer theory.
I am on the job market. View my CV here.

I work at the volunteer-run Fountain Theater, where I am realizing a childhood dream by moonlighting as a projectionist. In Ann Arbor, Elena (my fiancée) and I ran a microcinema out of our apartment; we have hopes to reopen one day.
I have amazing friends, including an internationally ranked powerlifter. I used to do that too, but not quite as well.
I'm a big Detroit Tigers fan.
