Welcome to Middle School! I am excited to begin my 10th year on staff at Dealey and my 9th year teaching Advanced Science! I have degrees from Texas A&M University and SMU. I have been rated as a Master teacher by the Texas Education Agency and hold teaching certificates as a Generalist, Grades Pre-K - 8 and in Special Education. 

Besides my classroom duties, I am also Activity Coordinator for the middle school here at Dealey, and head up the K-2 and 3-5 Chess Teams and the MS UIL  Academic Team. 

I am a lifetime Dallas resident and have 3 adult children who still keep me going: Matt, Michael, and Kristin. I'm also engaged and will be getting married next June in Central Park, NYC ❤️ When I happen to have a rare moment of free time, I love watch live music around Texas (especially my boys’ bands), and I am a huge Dallas Stars fan!
