It is not an e-commerce app and does not facilitate any monetary transactions.

3. Platform Disclaimer

DukanBikan is only a facilitator. It does not participate in or guarantee any transactions or agreements between users.

Users must verify authenticity of any job posts, services, or offers independently.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect disputes, losses, or damages between parties using the platform.

All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Sangamner Court.

4. Content Ownership

7. Rental Service Terms and Conditions

1. Independent Transactions:
   The Dukan Bikan App only provides rental property information and contact facilitation. All transactions between the owner and tenant are carried out solely with mutual consent. Neither the app nor any representative of the app intervenes in these transactions.
   
   

2. Commission-Free Service:
   Neither the Dukan Bikan App nor anyone on its behalf charges any commission, fees, or brokerage for rental transactions.
   
   

3. Police Verification:
   It is the responsibility of the owner to conduct police verification of the tenant as required. The app holds no responsibility in this matter.
   
   

4. Responsibility for Accurate Information:
   All information listed on the app is provided by the respective individuals (owners or tenants). The app is not responsible for the accuracy of this information.
   
   

5. Compliance with Legal Terms:
   Both parties must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and government directives while conducting rental transactions. The app merely acts as a facilitator for information exchange.
   
   

6. Dispute Resolution:
   Any disputes arising out of the rental transaction must be resolved by the involved parties through mutual discussion or legal means. The app does not play any role in dispute resolution.
