THE ORDER OF SHADE.

the order of the shade are a group that have been around as long as the nightshade council, born to be the equal opposites to the atropa, the solanum are also always born to magic users and their parents will have the same prophetic dreams. however, it is possible for a solanum to create another solanum by painful ritual. they serve specifically, as a council to each incarnation of elijah moore. their powers lie in influence. in slow infiltration of people, of minds and cultures. they make people feel at ease with their presence and powers and allow for easier suggestions of ideas. so much so, that a person targeted by a solanum would offer up everything to them, would do anything they might suggest when they decide to make their play. they are spread across the universe, but have a specific focus on earth and its people. aside from their powers of corruption and influence over people, they also have entirely destructive powers. where the atropa create, a solanum can only destroy, often with volcanic eruptions and mass fires. infernos are their specialty. and like the atropa, the solanum can achieve cosmic levels of power with practice and years, their destructive powers can stretch to, specifically, black hole creations. the killing of stars. 

they have been known to be quite a manipulative force, but in a way different to the likes of the nightshade council. they work to twist the prophecy of oblivion, certainly, and they have harsh methods to get what they want and to influence elijah moore. but it could also be argued that the nightshade council's methods are just as bad. it's very much a similar hats thing.
