The story “Dead Star” is about a man named Alfredo Salazar who believes in true and genuine love, that is how they describe Alfredo Salazar in the story. The first woman he fell in love with is Esperanza but despite having a relationship with Esperanza, Alfredo Salazar fell in love with a girl named Julia.
Julia was the dream girl of Alfredo, the star in his fantasy and the star in his heart but it was not possible to have her. What I have learned in this story is that we can’t always have the things that we wanted and that we should focus on reality and possible, and not to be distracted by something like fantasies.
