Japanese Language Proficiency Test

In the Republic of Slovenia JLPT is administered by the Slovenian Association for Japanese Language Teaching (DDJaS) on behalf of the Japan Foundation.

What is the Japanese Language Proficiency Test?

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test - JLPT is an internationally recognized qualification for non-native speakers, sponsored by the Japan Foundation. Please visit the official JLPT website by Japan Foundation for general information.

JLPT 2017 in LJUBLJANA

Date of the Test: Sunday, 3rd December 2017

Venue: Pionirski dom - Youth Culture Centre, Vilharjeva cesta 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia

Notice:

If you come from the main train station, please go out the NORTH exit (through the underpass and turn left up the stairs).

The entrance for JLPT at Pionirski dom is on the EAST side of the building. Please check the entrance with this photo of the web page.

Time: You will be asked to arrive by 10:00 a.m. at the Pionirski dom.

Fees: The price of the JLPT 2017 for levels N1~N5 in Ljubljana is 46 EUR.

How to register?

STEP 1 - Understanding the conditions of JLPT

STEP 2 - Request for the official Test Guide (including Application Forms)

You will be able to register only with the official JLPT Application Form included in the Test Guide. You will receive the JLPT Application Form after the payment has been made and the request E-mail has been sent to DDJaS.


Requests for the official Test Guide will be made possible from the MIDDLE of June.


Please send DDJaS the information required below via E-mail: ddjas.info@gmail.com in order to get the official Test Guide (including Application Forms) for the JLPT.

No refund will be available under any circumstances once your payment has been accepted unless cancellation is made by the Japan Foundation or the Slovenian Association for Japanese Language Teaching. Read the JLPT official site for the terms and conditions of the JLPT.

Please note to write JLPT APPLICATION FORM INCLUDED on the envelope.


Registration begins: 1st July 2017

Registration deadline: 15th September 2017


The envelope must arrive no later than 15th September (the last day of registration). Envelopes that arrive after this date will NOT be accepted!

The entire organization of the test (including entries) will be managed by the Slovenian Association for Japanese Language Teaching alone.

Since the Embassy of Japan in Slovenia is not managing this test, please do not call or write to the Embassy of Japan in Slovenia for details!

After completing registration those applicants who need special arrangements (for example specific provision in the test venue) for the day of the Test, should contact the office of the Slovenian Association for Japanese Language Teaching via E-mail: ddjas.info@gmail.com to request a special application form.

Voucher

After you complete the registration, you will be given the JLPT voucher. Provincial candidates or candidates coming from abroad will be given their vouchers on the day of the JLPT (3rd December 2017) before opening the rooms at 10 o’clock at the Pionirski dom. There is no need to travel to Ljubljana prior to 3rd December 2017 to receive the voucher.
