Effective Date: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the D-Day Memo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Jay (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".
D-Day Memo is a simple memo and D-Day management application that allows users to create and organize notes, track important dates, manage countdowns, and view their memos in an easy-to-use list.
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information with the Service Provider or third parties.
Specifically, the Application:
Does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Does not collect IP addresses or device identifiers.
Does not track user activity or usage behavior.
Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Does not require user registration or account creation.
Does not transmit user information to external servers.
All memos, D-Day dates, user preferences, and application settings are stored locally on the user's device.
The Application may request permission to access the device's location when required for supported functionality.
Location information is processed locally on the user's device.
Location information is not collected or stored by the Service Provider.
Location information is not transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.
Users can manage location permissions through their device settings.
The Application's core memo and D-Day management features do not require location access.
The Application does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The Application does not share personal information, memo contents, D-Day dates, or usage information with third parties.
The Application does not operate a backend server for collecting or processing user data.
All memos, D-Day dates, application preferences, and settings are stored locally on the user's device.
The Service Provider does not have access to this locally stored information.
Users can create, edit, and delete their memos and D-Day entries directly within the Application.
Uninstalling the Application may remove locally stored application data, subject to the device operating system's data retention and backup behavior.
Since the Service Provider does not collect or maintain user information on external servers, there is no personal data retained by the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect personal information or track user activity, so no additional opt-out procedure is necessary.
Users may manage application permissions through their device settings.
Users may also uninstall the Application at any time using the standard uninstall process provided by their device's operating system.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or from any other users.
The Application does not contain targeted advertising or behavioral tracking.
Because no personal information is collected or transmitted to the Service Provider, the Application does not maintain personal data relating to children.
The Service Provider values user privacy and has designed the Application to minimize data exposure.
The Application does not collect or transmit personal information to external servers. Memos, D-Day dates, user preferences, and settings are maintained locally on the user's device.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security features and settings of the user's device and operating system.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application's functionality, privacy practices, or applicable requirements.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
By using the Application, you acknowledge the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.
