Batman: Game of Chance
It starts off in an interrogation room with Jim Gordon interrogating this person who had drugs and they were able to put him away. It’s revealed that Harvey Dent feels like he’s doing a bad job and having a hard time since his wife left him.
On the rooftop, Dent, Gordon, and Batman meet and discuss that they need harder evidence to put Penguin away because his goons keep doing his crimes for him in Gotham.
Batman goes undercover as Bruce Wayne into the club to get drugs and gets arrested by Detective Yin on purpose to then testify against Penguin. The judge then rules against Penguin and says that he’s guilty.
Batman then goes to find more evidence in the Iceberg Lounge and runs into Catwoman. Catwoman and him have a few exchanges, but then she kisses him and Batman liked it. Batman then takes the illegal technology from the Penguin’s cybernetic pet penguin and brings it to Gordon for more evidence.
Even though Penguin is in jail, he’s still calling the shots because later that night, a home invasion happens at Harvey’s Dent house. The thug is sent to kill who Penguin thinks is the Batman, but then Harvey disarms the thug and shoots him trying to interrogate him about the Penguin. Dent shoots him in the arms and legs, while torturing him basically, then is about to kill him. Because of a heads or tails flip, Harvey is going to shoot him in the face too, but the gun was out of bullets.
Harvey then brings the bad guy in and is ready for an interrogation, but he argues with Batman and Gordon that they need to kill Penguin because he’s too dangerous, even in prison. It’s revealed that there is someone in the prison system who is letting bad guys still do their devious deeds.
During their argument, the wounded goon activates a bomb on the illegal technology from the penguin and it blows up. This is what causes Harvey to be disfigured like Two-Face, and he is carried to the hospital.
In the hospital, Harvey is speaking very violently and it concerns Gordon and Batman because the soul of the city, in the eyes of the district attorney, has just been ruined. They leave him to go figure out how Penguin is pulling the strings but Penguin reveals nothing.
It’s then discovered that Harvey escaped the hospital and Batman and Gordon to find him at the same time. Gordon gets a police radio from Yin, and she was kidnapped by Harvey. Batman goes to the Batcave to track down the call from Yin and he figures out it’s coming from the docks. They also got a call that Penguin is missing from jail.
Two-Face has Penguin and Detective Yin at the docks and he is threatening to play a game of heads or tails for one of their lives because they represent the failures of both systems of order. He flips the coin, but then Catwoman catches it, which gives them time to save Detective Yin and the Penguin. Batman then runs up and stops Two-Face and talks with Catwoman about how they would maybe make a good team, but she has too much of a past, especially with Harvey as well. Penguin goes to jail and Two-Face gets taken to Arkham.
Commissioner Gordon talks about how he thinks Batman would be good with a partner.
It is revealed that Joker and Two-Face are now cellmates, and Joker thinks he might be the reason that he’s in jail but also the reason why he can get out.
