We offer Community.
We offer Support.
We offer Hope.
DBSA Westchester New York is a peer-run support group for people with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and/or other mental health conditions. We also welcome family members and caregivers of all ages who may have questions about what these illnesses are, other related matters, or simply wish to be of support to their loved ones. All our meetings are free of charge and we always welcome new members. We are not a healthcare organization and not a substitute for treatment with a psychiatrist and psychologist/therapist. We are a group of peers who share our own personal lived experiences with our condition to support each other and remind ourselves that we are not alone.
We are currently offering online meetings via Zoom each Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Learn More about how to obtain the Zoom link. We look forward to meeting you!
