Welcome to Spring 20 VWG Session 9

Today, February 18, would have been Toni Morrison's 89th birthday! In effort to elevate her legacy, we will gather as a community of thinkers free to speak, write, and do language. Because, as she taught us, "that is how civilizations heal."

Today's session will be held from 11 am until 5 pm (EST). While we encourage full participation in each session, please feel free to adjust your writing schedule as you see fit. During the Read-In sessions below, we encourage you to read or listen to a Toni Morrison selection and share it within social networks like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Be sure to tag us @dblacorg.
