About Examination Cell

Teaching and evaluation are the two sides of a coin. Examination cell plays a key role in evaluation part. The Examination Cell (Exam Cell) in DBCA was headed by the Examination Cell Coordinator and Reappearance coordinator with supporting staff. The Prime responsibility of Examination Cell is conducting of all examinations (Both Internal and External Exams) in fair and systematic manner under the directions of the TNAU. 

Core Functions of Examination Cell

• Dissemination of Official Examination Notices. 

• Preparation of Invigilation duty chart, seating plans for the students in the Examination halls, etc.

• Communication with Stakeholders: for conduction of final practical examinaton.

• Preparation of Practical Exam schedule.

• Ensuring Seamless conductance of Examination. 

• Analysis of Examination Results and Report Preparation.

• Comprehensive Record-Keeping  pertaining to examinations.

• Continuous Oversight of Internal Assessment of all the courses of B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture degree programme.

• Conduction of Meetings on related to Examination Matters.

• Resolution of Grievances pertaining to examination related issues arising at times.

• Maintenance of Individual Student Files.
