1. About This Privacy Policy
S2 Developer (“S2 Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information processed through the DayTick mobile application (“DayTick,” the “Application,” or the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how DayTick accesses, processes, stores, uses, protects, and, where applicable, shares information when you use the Application.
DayTick is a personal productivity application that allows users to record daily activities, add notes, track personal routines, review statistics, customize application preferences, and optionally back up or restore Application data through Google Drive.
By downloading, installing, or using DayTick, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Daily activity records or statuses.
Notes associated with individual dates.
Personal routine information.
Dates associated with your records.
Monthly and yearly statistics generated from your records.
Language preferences.
Theme and display preferences.
Other Application settings.
This information is primarily stored locally within the private storage area of the Application on your device.
S2 Developer does not operate a proprietary server that automatically collects or stores your daily records, notes, routines, or locally generated statistics.
2.2 Google Account Information
If you choose to connect a Google Account for backup or restoration purposes, DayTick may process limited information associated with the account you select, including:
The email address associated with the selected Google Account.
The connection status of that account.
Information about the most recent backup or restoration operation.
The email address is used to:
Display the account connected to DayTick.
Help you identify which account is being used for backup.
Authorize and perform Google Drive backup and restoration operations.
DayTick does not receive, access, or store your Google Account password.
2.3 Technical Information Included in Feedback
If you choose to contact S2 Developer through the feedback feature, DayTick may prepare an email containing limited technical information, including:
Application version.
Device manufacturer.
Device model.
Android version.
Feedback entered by you.
The email is opened in an external email application and is sent only after you review and submit it.
You may edit or remove any prepared information before sending the email.

Notes.
Dates associated with your records.
Locally generated statistics.
Language and theme preferences.
Google Account connection information.
Backup and restoration status information.
S2 Developer cannot remotely access information that remains solely within DayTick’s private storage area.
DayTick disables the standard Android automatic backup mechanism for its private Application data.
This restriction does not apply to backups that you voluntarily create through Google Drive.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device. You are responsible for protecting your device against unauthorized access.
5. Permissions and Device Access
DayTick may use the following permission:

Internet access is used only for online features initiated by the user, including:
Connecting a Google Account.
Authorizing access to DayTick’s application-specific Google Drive storage.
Reading the email address associated with the selected account.
Creating a cloud backup.
Restoring a cloud backup.
Deleting a cloud backup.

6. Third-Party Services
6.1 Google Account Services
DayTick uses Google Account services to allow you to select and authorize a Google Account for optional cloud backup and restoration.
Google processes account authorization information according to its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and retention procedures.
6.2 Google Drive
If you enable cloud backup, DayTick stores backup data in an application-specific storage area associated with DayTick in your Google Drive account.
A DayTick backup may include:
Daily activity or status records.
Notes.
Language preferences.
Theme preferences.
Backup format and creation information.
DayTick’s Google Drive access is limited to its own application-specific data. It is not designed to browse or access your ordinary Google Drive documents, photographs, spreadsheets, or unrelated files.
Backup data is transmitted directly between your device and Google’s services. It is not routed through or stored on a proprietary server operated by S2 Developer.
Google’s processing of information is governed by Google’s own policies and terms.
6.3 External Email Applications
When you choose to send feedback, DayTick opens an external email application.
The email provider you select may process:
Your email address.
The recipient address.
Message content.
Technical information included in the message.
Other information processed by the email provider.
The email provider operates independently under its own privacy policy.
6.4 Google Play and Android Services
DayTick may rely on Google Play and Android system components to provide installation, updates, account authorization, security, and operating-system functionality.
These services operate independently under their respective terms and privacy practices.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
S2 Developer does not:
Sell personal information.
Rent personal information.
Share personal information with advertising networks.
Use advertising identifiers.
Use your daily records or notes for marketing.
Share your records or notes with data brokers.
Use your information for behavioral advertising.
Operate a proprietary analytics service that receives your private DayTick content.
Information may be transferred outside DayTick only in the following circumstances:
At Your Direction

Legal and Safety Requirements
S2 Developer may disclose information available to us where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law.
Respond to a valid legal process.
Protect the rights, property, or safety of users, S2 Developer, or others.
Investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Because most DayTick content is stored locally or in your personal Google Drive account, S2 Developer may not possess the information requested.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 Data Stored on Your Device
Locally stored information remains on your device until:
You edit or delete the relevant information.
You overwrite the information through a restoration.
You clear DayTick’s data through Android settings.
You uninstall DayTick.
Uninstalling the Application or clearing Application data removes locally stored DayTick information from the device.
It does not necessarily delete a backup previously stored in Google Drive.
8.2 Google Drive Backup Data
A Google Drive backup remains in your account until:
You delete it through the backup deletion function provided by DayTick.
You remove the relevant application data through your Google Account controls.
Google removes it according to its own policies or legal obligations.
Disconnecting your Google Account or revoking authorization prevents future access but may not automatically delete a backup created previously.
To remove the backup, use the cloud backup deletion function available in DayTick or the applicable controls provided by Google.
8.3 Support Communications
Feedback and support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Respond to your request.
Investigate or resolve a technical issue.
Maintain an appropriate support history.
Protect legal rights.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may request deletion of a support communication by contacting S2 Developer.
We will evaluate and process the request where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
9. Data Security
S2 Developer applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of DayTick, including:
Storing local information in the Application’s private storage area.
Limiting permissions to those necessary for Application functionality.
Using encrypted network connections for supported Google services.
Not storing Google Account passwords.
Not automatically transmitting private records or notes to S2 Developer.
Requiring user action before cloud backup, restoration, deletion, or external sharing.
Disabling cleartext network traffic.
Disabling standard Android automatic backup for private Application data.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security against every possible threat.
You should protect your device, Google Account, login credentials, and cloud backups against unauthorized access.
10. User Choices and Controls
You may:
Use DayTick without connecting a Google Account.
Edit or delete daily records and notes.
Change language, theme, and display preferences.
Choose whether to create a cloud backup.
Choose whether to restore a cloud backup.
Delete a cloud backup through the Application.
Disconnect the connected Google Account.
Revoke DayTick’s authorization through your Google Account settings.
Clear Application data through Android settings.
Uninstall the Application.
Edit or cancel a feedback email before sending it.
Contact S2 Developer regarding privacy questions or support communications.
Because S2 Developer does not operate a server containing your daily records and notes, we generally cannot remotely view or delete information stored solely on your device or in your personal Google Drive account.
11. Children’s Privacy
DayTick is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.
DayTick does not ask users to provide their age and does not use Application information to profile children or deliver behavioral advertising.
Parents and legal guardians should supervise a child’s use of a device, Google Account, cloud backup, and sharing features where appropriate.
If we learn that a child has submitted personal information directly to S2 Developer through a support communication without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information where legally required and technically possible.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
DayTick adds, removes, or changes a feature.
The categories of information processed change.
Application permissions change.
A third-party service changes.
Data retention or security practices change.
Google Play requirements change.
Applicable laws or regulations change.
Additional clarification is necessary.
The revised Privacy Policy will display an updated “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through an Application update, an in-Application notice, the Google Play listing, or another appropriate method.
