These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement governing the use of our application and related services. By using or downloading the application, you accept these terms.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Our application provides various services such as personal data management, notifications, secure backup, advanced security features, and customizable widgets. Some features are only available to users who purchase a premium subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Our application offers the following subscription options:· Monthly Premium Subscription: Automatically renews every month, can be cancelled at any time.· Annual Premium Subscription: Automatically renews every year, offers better value.· Lifetime Premium: One-time payment for unlimited access to all premium features.All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your device's App Store/iTunes account settings.

PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Subscription payments are charged to your iTunes/App Store account.· Renewal fees are charged from your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.· Subscriptions are managed by the user; to turn off automatic renewal, you must turn off automatic renewal from your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.· Unused free trial period or promotional offers expire when the user subscribes to a payment plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done by following the path on your device: Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Subscription. If you cancel your subscription before your active subscription period ends, you will continue to have access to premium features for the remainder of that period.

USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user, you are responsible for protecting and keeping your account information confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or security breaches, you should notify us immediately. You agree not to use the application for malicious or illegal purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our application is provided "AS IS". To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
