If you are a new client, you will owe a 20% non-refundable deposit that will go towards the total amount of the service that you booked for. You will have 24 hours to pay the deposit or your appointment will not be secured.

If you cancel or you miss an appointment without contacting me prior within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. To AVOID these fees- please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment by using the online booking portal or contacting me directly. These fees are non-negotiable. declining or refusing to pay this CANCELLATION fee, will result in you being unable to book any further appointments at Day Lash Lounge.
