The Davis Education Association (DEA) serves as the professional organization for educators in Davis County, Utah. Its purpose is to represent and advocate for teachers and school employees, ensuring their voices are heard in decisions that affect classrooms, working conditions, and student learning. DEA works to promote excellence in public education, protect the professional and legal rights of educators, and foster collaboration between schools, families, and the community to support the success and well-being of every student in Davis School District.

The DEA is the local affiliate of both the Utah Education Association (UEA) and the National Education Association (NEA)
