Direct Send was developed by Davinc Solutions as an Ad Supported app with an option for Premium features (ad-free). This SERVICE is provided at no initial cost and is intended for use "as is".
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, and to ensure the core functionality of the app, the information we process is retained exclusively on your device and is not sent to our servers for processing.
Permissions and Device Data
For Direct Send to function properly, we use the following local features:
Clipboard: Required exclusively for the "Smart Paste" feature. The app accesses the clipboard locally only when you tap the button, with the sole purpose of extracting phone numbers. No copied information is stored or sent outside your device.
Local Storage: The app saves your quick message templates and recent numbers history directly to your device's internal and isolated memory.
Data Processing and Privacy
Direct Send operates with a 100% Offline and Local architecture. This means that:
We (the developers) do not have access to, do not read, do not store, and do not upload the phone numbers you type or the messages you create.
The app functions merely as a redirection bridge, utilizing native system tools to open the official WhatsApp application, pre-filling the chosen number and message.
Direct Send is an independent tool and has no corporate tie, affiliation, or endorsement from WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.
Third-Party Services
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (such as the Android Advertising ID) for the purpose of serving ads and analyzing app stability.

2. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This is only to fix bugs and improve stability.
3. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly for internal functionality. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (like Google AdMob) that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services (e.g., to display relevant interest-based ads).

Direct Send is designed to operate with a focus on local security, keeping your history and templates restricted to your device's environment. 6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
