Entrada

Entrada was recorded at First Presbyterian Church of Reading, Pennsylvania, on the 47-rank Patrick J. Murphy and Associates Pipe Organ (Opus 47) installed in 2004. Recording took place on April 8, 22, and 29, 2017. The organ’s grand scale and the sanctuary’s large size made the project ideal for binaural recording. The binaural technique provides a superior stereo recording through speakers but also offers an expanded sense of space and location when one listens through headphones.
