Definitions:

• APPLICATION: Mobile application and related platforms which allow users to get ideas about their questions.

• USERS: Every single person who uses the Application.

• COMPANY: David Wise (owner and operator of the Application).

• ANSWERS: AI-powered answers created by the Application.

• SERVICES: Mobile app, website, and any other products/platforms offered.

• AGREEMENTS: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• LINKED SITES: Any third‑party websites, applications, or advertisements.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

By downloading or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.

We may modify these Agreements at any time, including to reflect legal updates, new features, or business changes. Updates will be posted in the Legal section of the app and on our website. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the new terms.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements and govern your relationship with the Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You can form a binding contract.

• You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

• You comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• You have never been convicted of or pled no contest to a felony, sex crime, or violent crime, and are not required to register as a sex offender.

• If using the Services on behalf of an entity, you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Rights We Grant You

You receive a limited, personal, worldwide, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You agree not to:

• Use the Services commercially without consent.

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any content or software.

• Interfere with operations, security, or networks.

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized automation.

• Upload malware or attempt to bypass security.

• Develop third‑party integrations without permission.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Rights You Grant Us

You retain ownership of your content. However, by using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, modify, and use your content to operate and improve the Services.

You also grant us the right to use your nickname, likeness, and voice if they appear in submitted content.

We may review or remove content that violates these Terms.

We may place ads within the Services.

Feedback may be used without compensation.

5. Content of Others

Content posted by other users is their responsibility. We may remove content that violates these Terms but are not obligated to review all content and are not liable for user submissions.

6. Privacy

7. Respecting Rights

You may not post or share content that:

• Violates privacy or IP rights

• Harasses, defames, threatens, or promotes hate or violence

• Contains explicit, pornographic, or illegal content

• Collects personal data illegally

• Impersonates others

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Report violations to the support contact provided.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

You agree to pay applicable subscription fees via your chosen payment provider. Payments renew automatically unless cancelled in the App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

No refunds except where legally required.

9. Data Charges

You are responsible for mobile data fees.

10. Third‑Party Services

Third‑party services accessed through our platform are governed by their own terms.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims related to your content or misuse of the Services.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, uptime, or security.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

14. Venue

Legal disputes will be handled exclusively in Istanbul, Turkey.

15. Severability

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

16. Face Data

• Face data may be collected solely for video processing.

• Data is not shared and is deleted immediately after processing.

• Retained only during processing.

17. Final Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and replace prior agreements. You may not transfer your rights.

If there is any conflict between translations, the English version controls.
