David Turton

I am a Royal Society University Research Fellow and Associate Professor in the String Theory Group and STAG Research Centre at the University of Southampton.

My research is focused on String Theory, black holes, and holography. I am interested in fundamental aspects of quantum gravity, including singularity resolution, the emergence of spacetime, the internal structure of black holes, and holographic duality.
