This Privacy Policy explains how DavCorp manages information in relation to the ValoPay mobile application. DavCorp is committed to protecting user privacy and developing software that minimizes data collection while prioritizing security and user control.
ValoPay is designed with a privacy-first and local-first architecture. The application operates without requiring user accounts and does not rely on centralized servers to store user information.
All information used by the application remains stored locally on the user’s device and is protected using cryptographic mechanisms.
DavCorp does not collect, store, sell, or share personal user data through external servers.
ValoPay is designed to collect no personal data.
The application does not collect:
Personal identification information
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Location data
Financial account data
Device identifiers for tracking
Contacts or address book data
DavCorp does not operate analytics systems that collect identifiable user data.
All operational data generated by the application is stored exclusively on the user's device.
Examples of locally stored data may include:
Generated payment QR codes
Local configuration settings
Transaction monitoring data
Blockchain addresses entered by the user
This data is stored locally and may be encrypted depending on device capabilities and application configuration.
DavCorp does not maintain remote copies of this data.
ValoPay does not use centralized infrastructure to store user information.
Because of this architecture:
DavCorp cannot access user data
DavCorp cannot retrieve lost data
DavCorp cannot view transaction activity
DavCorp cannot link users to blockchain addresses
All data remains under the sole control of the user.
ValoPay may interact with public blockchain networks to monitor payment confirmations.
Public blockchain networks are decentralized systems and operate independently from DavCorp. Transactions recorded on such networks may be publicly visible depending on the blockchain protocol.
DavCorp does not control the operation, storage, or public visibility of blockchain data.
ValoPay may request limited device permissions strictly required for its functionality.
Possible permissions include:
Camera Permission
Used exclusively to scan QR codes for cryptocurrency addresses or payment requests.
No images or video are stored or transmitted by DavCorp.
Internet Access
Required to query public blockchain nodes or network APIs to verify transaction confirmations.
No personal data is transmitted to DavCorp servers.
ValoPay does not request unnecessary permissions unrelated to its core functionality.
DavCorp does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with third parties.
Since the application does not collect personal information, there is no personal data available for sharing or monetization.
DavCorp implements security-focused development practices including:
Cryptographic data protection
Minimal data storage principles
Local-first data architecture
Reduced dependency on centralized infrastructure
However, users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, including device lock protection and operating system updates.
ValoPay is not directed to children under the age of 13.
DavCorp does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the application does not collect personal data, it does not maintain databases containing children's information.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through the application, they may contact us and we will investigate the matter.
DavCorp designs ValoPay in accordance with widely recognized privacy and data protection principles, including:
Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD (Brazil)
General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (European Union)
Google Play User Data Policy
Because ValoPay does not collect or process personal data, many regulatory obligations related to data processing are minimized by design.
DavCorp may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect:
Application updates
Changes in legal requirements
Improvements to privacy practices
The updated policy will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
