General Rules

1.0 Legal - You must own a full, legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V for the PC to play on this server. You must therefore also agree with the EULA of Rockstar Games (developer of GTA), which can be found at https://www.rockstargames.com/eula.
1.1 Acceptance- If you connect, chat, engage or otherwise participate in the community, whether in Discord, Teamspeak or in the server, you thereby understand all the rules and guidelines and state that you will follow these. If you don't agree with a rule, contact a support member. If you don't agree with the rules and/or guidelines, don't participate.
1.2 Responsibility - You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, this includes (but is not limited to) FiveM, Discord, Teamspeak, Website, everywhere in this community. You can not say "my brother/sister did.." - No. You are responsible.
1.3 Microphone - A microphone is required to join the server. If caught without one you will be kicked and a ban may be issued until you can come on to the server/discord to prove you have a working microphone. To check if your microphone is working press “n” (which is the default key) and check the voice option in the bottom left lights up blue. If it does not try restoring your defaults in settings and try again.
1.4 Exploits - You are not permitted to us any external menus(cheats) and are to report any server exploits of scripts to staff in a ticket in discord.
1.5 Chat - Do not use in game chat to advertise other communities or servers, discuss politics or racism/xenophobia/homophobia, do not use chat to disrespect other members of the community, do not use out of character chat unless strictly necessary. Server chat is not for complaining, use appropriate channels in discord. Using chat in a disrespectful manner will result in kicks and bans. If you are unhappy with a person, ask them to come to Discord and talk about it with a support member present.
1.6 Language - This is a English only server, so please speak English with us when speaking in the server/discord or speaking in game to players.
1.7 Trolling - Trolling is not welcome and you will be warned.
1.8 Metagaming - Meta-gaming is not permitted under any circumstance: stream sniping, use of third party communications to spread information about the game out of character, using information in discord, ect...
1.9 Power Gaming - This involves using either game or roleplay mechanics to alter a situation so it best suits your desires. You must be willing to roleplay a situation to its fullest and not ruin the experience of others.
1.10 AFK - Do not go AFK (stands for 'away from keyboard') for periods longer than ten minutes, you will be kicked. Repeated offences may result in a ban.
1.11 Fail RP - Preservation of freedom and life are important. If a reasonable person wouldn't do it in real life, don't do it.
1.12 Breaking RP - When in-game, you must never break character unless spoken to by an admin - there are no exceptions.
1.13 Combat logging/storing - Do not log out, disconnect, ect... while in the middle of an RP scenario/admin sit. Combat storing to avoid being robbed/arrested is not permitted.
1.15 Visual mods - We do allow visual mods as long as they don’t give you an unfair advantage. (Map mods that add street names are allowed)

Roleplay that isn't allowed:

2.1 Malicious Attacks - Roleplaying sexual assault (such as non-consensual touching, rape, etc.) is not allowed.
2.2 Terrorist - Terrorist roleplay is not acceptable under any circumstance.
2.3 Animal Skins - Animal skins may not be used by anyone other than admins on duty or police that have been permitted to use the dog skins.
2.4 Nudity - Character models are not permitted to be nude, please keep in mind that people do stream. Anything related to this subject, such as indecent exposure, "Hey officer, i've got (child) pornography in my car" or otherwise even remotely hinting towards this subject - is not allowed.
2.5 Impersonation of Emergency Services - Impersonation of Police/EMS/Mechanics/Military is forbidden. You may not use their character models.
2.6 Suicide RP - Suicide RP is not allowed on the server unless approved by an admin.
