Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how the "AI Dating Reply Assistant" application (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data, particularly in relation to our third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. What Data We Collect
When you use the AI response generation features within the App, we collect the following information:
- Text Inputs & Chat Context: The text descriptions, copied messages, relationship stages, goals, and desired tones that you manually input into the App.
We do NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or exact location. We strongly advise against including personal names, addresses, or sensitive personal information in your text inputs.
2. How We Collect That Data
The data is collected directly and solely through your active manual input when you fill out the context forms and press the "Generate Replies" button within the App interface.
3. All Uses of That Data
The data you provide is used strictly and exclusively for one purpose:
- To generate context-aware, customized text message reply suggestions for you.
We do not use your chat context or inputs for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.
4. Third-Party AI Services (Who the Data is Sent To)
To generate the AI responses, the App transmits your specific text inputs to a third-party AI service.
- Who the data is sent to: Your text inputs are securely transmitted to our AI partner, OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI").
- Disclosing what data is sent: Only the specific text you type into the "Context/What they said", "Relationship Stage", "Goal", and "Tone" fields are sent to OpenAI.
- Permission: The App explicitly requests and obtains your affirmative consent via an in-app prompt before transmitting any of this data to OpenAI for the first time.
5. Equal Protection & Third-Party Data Security
We confirm that the third party we share data with (OpenAI) provides the same or equal protection of user data as established in this Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI processes this data ephemerally strictly to return the generated response.
- In accordance with OpenAI's API data usage policies, the data you submit through our App is NOT used to train or improve their foundational AI models.
- Your data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
6. Local Storage & History
Any generated replies that you choose to save using the "Save" or "History" feature are stored locally on your own device's internal storage. We do not sync, upload, or backup your saved history to our servers. You can delete this local data at any time by deleting the items from your History tab or by uninstalling the App.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, via an in-app notification.
