No account is required.
The App does not operate a developer-owned server to store your step records.
Step-related data is processed locally on your device.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and process certain data under Google’s policies.
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent for advertising.
The developer (K-Magpie) does not directly collect:
Name, email address, phone number
Account credentials (no login/sign-up)
Precise GPS location
Your step history on a developer server (the App has no server for this purpose)
Purpose: Counting steps for core app functionality
The App may use Motion/Physical Activity recognition features/permissions to count steps.
Step data is processed and stored on-device and is not transmitted to any developer server.
Purpose: Walk/break alarms and reminders (optional)
The App may request notification permission to send alerts you configure.
Notification content is generated on-device.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob (e.g., banner ads).
AdMob may collect and process certain data automatically to provide ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud, which may include:
Advertising ID (or other resettable identifiers)
Device information (e.g., model, OS version, language, region)
Approximate location (derived from IP address)
Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
Diagnostics and fraud-prevention signals
The developer does not receive information such as your name or email from AdMob.
