• E-mail Writing (You must write at least 100 words in 9 minutes)

3. Final Operations Round

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science i.e. B. Sc (CS), BE (CSE), B. Tech (CSE), or an equivalent track record of working on technically complex projects across disciplines.

• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word

• Knowledge of programming languages like VBA, SQL, Python.

• Knowledge of XML feeds and SQL & Data Analytics

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Selling Partner Experience team as a Business Operation Specialist. This position offers an exciting introduction to the e-commerce business and provides exciting projects to work on while building a career.

Your responsibilities may include auditing processes that impact Seller or Vendor experience, working on processes that test the accuracy of tools, executing SOPs to launch new categories across regions, and developing creative strategies and projects to improve your team's performance.

You will directly work with program managers, product managers, tech teams and analysts to drive an improvement in the Selling Partner Experience when listing on Amazon.

All the interviews will happen virtually over video conference and please make sure you have a laptop or desktop with Webcam and good internet connection for taking up assessments and interview.

Business has a 24*7 shift environment. Associates would be working in a 9 hour shift, including breaks. The shift timings would be subject to change every 4 months. In case the associate is working in night shift, night shift allowance will be provided.

Employee may be required to Work From Home based on the business requirements.

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
