Our Recruiting Specialist (RS) works closely with a team of recruiters and coordinators in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RS is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be very organized, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. All the interviews will happen virtually over video conference and please make sure you have a laptop or desktop with Webcam and good internet connection for taking up assessments and interview.

You will WORK FROM HOME if got selected but this job requires you to come to office post COVID-19 situation eases out.

Business has a 24*7 shift environment. Associates would be working in a 9 hour shift, including breaks. The shift timings would be subject to change every 4 months. In case the associate is working in night shift, night shift allowance will be provided.

Employee may be required to Work From Home based on the business requirements.

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

• Transport Allowance - 4000/- per month

• Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/- per month

• Night Shift Allowance - INR 150/Night

• Overtime Allowance as per company policy

• Internet Allowance (Only work from home) - up to INR 1250/- per month
