1. SIDES

·         In this agreement, "DataSafety", which is the resident Nmt Apps application & project (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY in this agreement), on the one hand, and "Application Purchasers, Application Users" (hereinafter referred to as the USER) resident on the other hand, have agreed on the following conditions.

2. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

·         The subject of the contract is the terms of use, the limits of confidentiality, which will ensure that the information and document given to the Company by the USER, within the scope of the DataSafety project, within the program and the panel, which is clearly stated to contain the disclosed confidentiality, is not disclosed to any 3rd real and/or legal persons unless the COMPANY's approval is obtained. and determining conditions.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT?

·         The USER agrees to share the following information by using DataSafety services.

·         The USER accepts and declares as express consent that all collected information will be used in the development of the Applications belonging to Nmt Apps and the DataSafety Application & Project belonging to Nmt Apps.

1.   Device Name

2.   Device Hardware Information

3.   OS

4.   IP Address

5.   HWID Information

6.  Time Zones (location, ip address etc.)

7.  The e-mail address to which you make a request within the application (It is not saved in the database, it is only used instantly for the transaction)

8.  The first 5 characters of the SHA-1 encrypted version of the password you requested in the application (It is not saved in the database, it is only used instantly for the transaction)

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

·        The USER will not hold the Company and the application used responsible for any element or use of data that may arise from the information shared.

·        The USER undertakes to provide the Company with all necessary information and documents within the scope of the DataSafety project.

·        The information, documents, user data, other information and documents related to the application, program and panel mentioned in this agreement are confidential, and therefore, these information and documents are in no way permitted by third parties without the consent of the Company. and/or legal persons and organizations, except for their working purposes.

·        The USER agrees and undertakes to use the application in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is located.

·        The COMPANY accepts and undertakes to store the disclosed information as confidential information securely and not to disclose it to third real and/or legal persons and organizations other than for working and development purposes.

·        General Terms of Use specify the continuation / detail of Party Obligations and Responsibilities.

5. DURATION

·        Obligation to comply with the confidentiality, which is the subject of this agreement, starts with the active use of the application, program and panel by the USER and will continue until the end of its use.

6. GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND INFORMATION

·        The company does not provide any institution as a guarantee or guarantee that it will keep any collected data uninterruptedly and without loss during the application usage period, before and after.

·         The company does not accept the responsibility of sharing the collected information in case of a possible illegal situation and security weakness.

·        The information collected by the Company will be used in DataSafety and Nmt Apps applications in order to develop its own applications.

·        The company CANNOT SEE your passwords and e-mail addresses.

·         The company DOES NOT store your passwords and e-mail addresses.

·         If the systems in our service are using the API, your passwords are encrypted with the SHA-1 algorithm in our Application before being sent to the API and the first 5 characters are sent to the API. We will never send your original passwords.

·        Our Service CANNOT be used to hack or attack any computer, device, server or computer network.

·         Our Service CANNOT be used to distribute various viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious or malicious software.

·         Our Service CANNOT be used to support or promote any criminal activity.

·         Our Service CANNOT be used to send content such as spam, hateful e-mail, unsolicited SMS, or fraudulent material.

·         We reserve the right to make any changes in the terms of use of the contract.

·        We reserve the right to stop the service without notice.

·        The DataSafety application and the COMPANY do not offer continuity and uninterrupted connection guarantee / commitment in the use of the application.

·         The COMPANY reserves the right to change all agreements (Confidentiality, Usage Rights, etc.) related to it. It has the right to process / change the contracts.

·         The COMPANY has no obligation to keep all the data collected, including the user data of the application. The COMPANY is not responsible for possible technical data loss or connection problems.

·         The USER accepts and undertakes to act in accordance with the policies of Google and HIBP (How Have I Been Pwned) during the process of using the application. We reserve the right to terminate your accounts without notice or refund if you do not comply.
