At Advance Inspire Technology Limited, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play’s User Data Policy, this document outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
1. Right to Delete Data
Every user of the ADVANCE app has the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all personal information associated with it.
2. Types of Data Deleted
Upon a successful deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:
Account Information: Name, Phone Number, and Email.
Verification Data: Government-issued ID (NID) details collected during registration.
Activity Data: Earning history, referral logs, and app usage preferences.
3. How to Request Deletion
We provide two easy ways to delete your data:
A. In-App Deletion (Recommended):
Open the ADVANCE app.
Go to Navigation Drawer
Click on "যোগাযোগ".
Select "Write your request for the deletion of your account and associated data".
Confirm your request. Your account will be deactivated immediately and deleted within 30 days.
B. Email Request: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request deletion via our email:
Alternatively, email us at advanceitlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered mobile number/email.
4. Data Retention and Exceptions
While we aim to delete all data, certain information may be retained for a limited period under the following circumstances:
Regulatory Compliance: Financial transaction records (e.g., recharge or earning payouts) must be kept for a period as required by the laws of Bangladesh for auditing purposes.
Security & Fraud Prevention: Data may be retained briefly to investigate or prevent fraudulent activities or policy violations.
