Ronaldo vs. Messi

I never seem to have time for Makeover Mondays but a bout of insomnia gave me some time to jump into this dataset on Ronaldo and Messi's performance stats.

It was mostly an excuse to play with radar charts and Tableau's new animations without the pressure of a real project environment 😁

Here's what I submitted... several hours of design work and several minutes studying football told me Messi was best, right?

Making this visualisation

Radar charts aren't native to Tableau and it takes a little trigonometry to create this visualisation. I took a lot of inspiration using this guide from The Data School - many thanks to them for a great process!
